Okay, so I was a customer who swore by another subscription app and used them for the last 3 years. But this last year their service and support really diminished. Not sure what happened, but with Shopify updating some features and the checkout changing, I had major MAJOR issues that couldn't be resolved. So I decided to migrate to Appstle. These guys are great. I dealt with Harsh at the beginning, and he was great. The last few weeks I've had a plethora of support requests and Hussain has been my go-to guy. Super helpful and polite, sending me screenshots and screen captures to explain features and how the app manages orders and processes data. These guys have built a stellar app, that integrates quickly and easily. The onboarding process is super simple and doesn't require days of waiting for someone to import endless lines of code etc. If you need to remove the app from one theme, its a simple process. And again, their support is off the charts. I really value immediate and prompt responses and Appstle delivers. If you need to migrate from an old system to this, its a bit clunky as there is no automatic way to do it. I had to manually import customers using a discount code and a fake payment method, so that part has been a bit of a challenge. But new orders incoming do their job well, and the app works great.

So far so good. I had a question and need help with the setup. Customer service was prompt and answered all my questions. Patient with helping me set up up my first subscription. I also was able to navigate through the customer demo portal to ensure everything looks good. Thanks so much and I appreciate you helping me get setup in 5 mins.

Highly recommended, the guy at Appstle are probably the most helpful out there and are open to suggestions to help improve the app. Highly recommended.

Really great app, i'm having trouble getting it set up on my new site, but the support is very responsive!

Great support right up front. Immediately after I installed the App, since my theme was not in their list some quick customization was required for the buttons to match my theme. I was instructed to click Contact Support, and it was done within 5 minutes. If their ongoing support is this good I expect this to be a great experience going forward.

Terrible support we are still waiting for a simple task to be done going around in circles with the support! Use recharge instead

Honestly, one of the best Subscription apps with fantastic support. I had issues with two other apps and wish I used this one before the others. I offer a service based business and customers need to pause, cancel etc their own subscriptions. This app allows that. The main reason for the 5 star review though, is the fantastic customer service.

Very very good labeled form fields. When you hover over the question marks beside the input field etc. you will get a detailed description of what it is and what it does. I have never seen this before. Also great support, which helped me 100% for getting this thing run (i had a JS error blocking the snippets from Appstle) Thanks again!

Hussain is the best! He really helped me figure out every issue and question of mine very quickly and attentively! I would give 10 stars if I could.

this function firstly can't run on my store automatically. but 24-hour support helps me a lot and fix that fast. I will keep using it. And it helps me a lot(both how to set it, add product and others, easy to use!)

The first time using this plugin, the operation page is simple and the customer service reply is fast and solved some of my setup problems.

I really like this app because it is easy to use and integrate onto my website. I have the $15 a month plan and I am extremely satisfied with the service I am getting from it. Mostly the fast responses and quick to help and resolve any concerns from the support staff is my favorite part. They make using the app super easy.

I love this application for the features and the support. I have a site with over 14K products. With that many products, I needed their help. They set up my subscriptions quickly and got me to the place where I needed to be. When I needed to make some changes in mass, they were more than accommodating. It would have taken me hours with my plans to get it done, and they were more than happy to do it. The application itself is fantastic—lots of flexibility. A great application with terrific support!

After digging around, install everything with the staff and realized that "STRIPE" was not working I decide to move to the competition... What i saw was ugly, first, the Appstle competition charges You a LOT... There interface is bad and no CS... I proudly come back to Appstle and realized how good they are. I believe they will become leaders very soon. I Totaly recommend you to use this app. Everything looks good, everything is simple and well explain, and the Customers service work 24/24. So it's the best so far. Keep doing guys!
