The app is great! It has a lot of features built-in, so it's easy to customize without a lot of technical knowledge. And when you do need help, the customer support team is phenomenal! We're very excited to get this up and running on our site and with the ease of the app, we'll likely get to do that sooner than we planned.

This company seems to be very helpful. We are trying to setup free shipping and a set discount for our paid subscribers. They are trying to help us make it work, if this does work then they are by far ahead of their competitors.

We are new to the app but the initial set-up has been extremely easy. I wasn't sure how to apply the app to our custom Theme. A message to their support and the connection was made and the subscription widget implemented within 15 minutes. Very friendly & knowledgable - thank you Mohammed - and the program seems very intuitive. Thank you!!

Not only was it easy to set up. I have had questions about customization. I open their chat box and within a minute or so, I have a helpful person completely devoted to my needs. So far, I am a very happy customer.

This app is so simple to use! And the 24/7 support makes set up so quick and easy! Some other apps don't charge automatically for subscriptions but this one does which makes things so easy. I'm excited to watch sales rise with this subscription option.

WOW! After installing Appstle, my current theme wasn't compatible. But within 5 mins support was in touch and made it compatible and now I'm all setup. Never have i experienced customer support like it! Amazing work!

As soon as I installed the app someone was there to assist me and answer all my questions in a timely manner. I didn't have to search for any answers, and now my website is one step closer to perfect because of Appstle.

Great looking app - very poor support and migration. They indicate the ability to migrate from one subscription app to theirs. They are not capable of even doing 1 of the top 2 subscription apps (Recharge) in the Shopify marketplace. Communication is not great (I always have to reach out for updates), often saying they will get right back to us and nothing until I reach out 2 days later. Proof of concept seems great, but without a proper onboarding and support system the app is useless. Perhaps if you don't have a subscription app and are looking at setting one up for the first time... but that wasn't my case. After 3 weeks of trying, I'm out of time to get this to work. I'd advise finding an alternative app if you already have a subscription solution you are looking to migrate from.

5 starts here! REALY good service from developers and coworkers! Implementation by me gave an error due to a bug from our site in the backend (and not from the app!) They fix it so the app runs smoothly now! Impressed and highly recommended!

I was worried it would be difficult to set up my first subscription. Hussein guided me through it all and got me all set up in a matter of minutes! I tried a couple other apps but this one by far is the easiest and has excellent customer service!

Do you have an online store/ presence that you would like to utilize for a subscription service for whatever Product/Service your offering. Then Appstle is pretty much the app for you as it gives you pretty much all that control and more for managing your customers and their subscriptions. Want customers to only be charged $$$ on the first of the month? Done. Want customers to be able to pre pay for extra orders at a time for a discount? Done. Want Customers to have the ability to combine regular orders with their subscription? Done. It checked all the boxes I needed for my store (which was a lot of boxes) so there's a good chance it will check all of the boxes for your store.

Easy to use dashboard and super quick and helpful support! The pricing is fair and it is all customizable and looks great.
