Updated review Sep 28 2021 After working with the app for 2 months and with the support team, I've decided to update my review. One thing I will mention straight off the bat is that the level of support and attention went down considerably when the Appstle team got their 5 star rating. I am (still) experiencing bugs in their app and was promised a fix 3 weeks ago, but none to be found. This is after multiple emails, chats and follow-ups. I had to repeat explanations of the same issues to the support team multiple times, and there were one or two moments where something was "fixed" that wasn't a problem in the first place. Although I wanted to work together to find a solution and make this app viable for my store, the Appstle team is not meeting me halfway, so I am currently searching for a replacement app. ------------- Original Review August 3 2021 What makes Appstle Subs so good is the support that goes along with it. There were a couple of tweaks I wanted to execute and Dharmik was a great help with that (super patient too). I will say that we are not yet live with this functionality, so we have yet to see how it works in practice, including the customer management piece of it. Will keep everyone posted on how that goes, but in the meantime, I'm satisfied.

Great app and even better service!! Installation was easy. Edits have been even easier. Appstle removes all of the confusion and simplifies the entire process. Thank you Appstle!

The best subscription app on the app store. The other well known apps cant do the same as Appstle and is way more expensive with transaction fees. Appstle does not take anything for transactions. And! Great support if you need any help. I highly recommend this app :-) Thank you so much guys

Customer service was very helpful. If you need something changed in your subscription, a tech support person will help you and do the change for you. I have not used this subscription all that much yet. But the customer support is good, which is a very good plus in my book.

I tested many subscription apps and this one is the best! For the costs, customization options and customer service chat window. Love it!

We tried the other popular subscription and recurring payment apps but they lacked the features we needed. Appstle had all the features and was significantly less expensive. The service is top notch. We highly recommend it.

TWO WEEKS trying to get payment sorted so our existing customers can log on and manage their payment details. They are still unable to do this. Advice is repeated despite not working. Awful service, response times are pathetic.

Customer service was outstanding, Junaid answered all my questions and went above and beyond, couldn't recommend enough!

Customer service is excellent. Friendly and knowledgable. They helped me resolve an issue with some code that was leftover from an old app, took a while but at the end we saw the results we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone looking to add a subscription plan to their site. Gave it 4 stars because we only have been using it for one day.

Always very helpful and does the job well. Would be nice if it was easier to change email templates and customise certain aspects instead of having to use a lot of code.

What a great app. I currently offer monthly subscriptions and this app is so easy to use. The support is probably the best I have ever experienced with any Shopify app. I would highly recommend. Everything I needed for my subscription model was doable.

Für unsere Shop-Abo Kunden. Auf für nicht IT-Begabte, die eine einfache Möglichkeit suchen, ihre Abo-Kunden zu verwalten. Leichtes Tool, selbsterklärend, Preis-Leistung top. Hier und da mal ein paar Bugs und eben recht einfache Struktur, aber schneller Support und gute Unterstützung, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns reicht es.

After using other subscription apps in the past which the team found difficult to use we found Appstle. It has been amazing, very powerful but so simple to use for operators and customers. Customer service is super fast and helpful too. Highly recommend!

You can use this app to only apply subscriptions to specific variants and is currently the only app to do it I believe. Very helpful team at support as well!

After a long research, we chose this application that meets most of our requirements. It is a new application that requires development, but it can be safely recommended. Perfect for countries like Poland where one form of payment for subscription is Stripe.

I'm new to subscription boxes and wanted to find the perfect app for my business. I couldn't find anything that also included customised shipping but this one does! I literally installed all of the 'top' apps to see if they would work for me and this is the only one I want to stick with. Not only that, I've been asking Kehanvi questions all evening and the answer is always yes! I'm absolutely blown away by the product and the customer service. And I'm really excited to have Appstle support my business as it grows.

I find the interface generally quite simple to use and easy to understand. The staff are also very responsive and helpful - very good customer service! Please keep this up. I would make minor changes like if the subscription price changes it should flow through everything the user sees. Having the old information visible is quite confusing.
