I'm fairly new at using this app, though it looks like it has everything I need to begin our Subscription Box offer.. One thing for certain, customer service is AAA#1 I had issues navigating the new app and gotten all the help I need to understand and proceed accordingly.. I would highly recommend them!! Solide App um Abos einzurichten. Es dauert zwar etwas bis man überall durchgeblickt hat und welche Einstellung was bewirkt, aber man kann es schaffen :) Bei Fragen reagiert der Support schnell und kompetent. Von daher empfehle ich die App gerne weiter, vor allem, da es einen kostenlosen Plan gibt bis zu einer Anzahl an Abos.

We have had a great experience with Appstle and Muhammad in particular. Every question is answered promptly, and when needed, it is supported with either screenshots or even a video tutorial. Just as importantly, the application works very well and it is fully integrated with Shopify Payments.

Twice now I've had a great response from their support team using the online chat. They're available when I needed to talk and were able to resolve my question quickly both times. This was when we were still building our website and were just using the app's free tier. I'm happy to purchase a plan now. I think this will work well for my website.

We have been using these guys for a few months now, super easy to integrate and set up in our store and whenever we haven't been able to do something support have been there straight away to help us, absolutely amazing work from these guys. no matter how big or small the problem they are on hand to help you.

I like how this app does subscriptions. The team is extremely helpful. They spent over an hour answering questions.

Very good app, unfortunately I couldn't use it for stripe payments because I don't have shopify payments enabled. The support is very good.

Incredible Customer Service... I had to contact the team twice for help setting plans up and both times response was almost instant with plenty of help and good vibes. APP is very user-friendly too.

This app is a great choice. Many features and the price point is very fair for what it can do. Best of all, they offer support in a way that is unheard of for any of the other apps we've used. It is available 24/7/365! I even had a call with one of their support team members to clarify a few initial questions. With their support so readily available, I was able to get everything installed and set up in one day. Amazing!

Hands down the best subscription service when you take everything into account. Namely the customer service and cost.

Its my the second time I had to talk with support for a minor issue that I was not able to resolve from my side., literally, it took less than 2 minutes, and a person connected with me and resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes. i loved the plan that says 50 subscriptions free, which makes it the best option out of all other subscription apps. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for subscription functionality.

Phenomenal customer service and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). Thanks guys so much for your support! I will say it is missing a few features like specific billing dates, but I'm still giving 5 stars for their receptiveness to my inquiries and the apps features.

This really is an amazing company to deal with. They are not only great with customer service but always striving to improve their offer. I get a weekly email with suggested feature requests to vote on, and very regularly I get emails with new features that have been implemented. I highly recommend this App!
