I have been pretty happy with this application. There was a bit of a learning curve since this was the first "monthly club" I have set up. When I have questions, they are pretty quick and easy to work with via a live chat. I would recommend this application.

This App is a Game-Changer! I can't recommend this app enough. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. But the real star of the show is the amazing support team. They are so helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience. The support team is really great. There were some issues with imported customer subscriptions but after messaging the team they were able to fix it and link everything up for me. The app itself is still unintuitive and it really shouldn't be this much hassle to just get everything going.

Appstle is a feature packed subscription app. There's so many things you can do. For us, we picked the Business plan so that we have access to Build-A-Box, which is a way for you to offer monthly, etc. subscriptions to your customers for any number of products that they get to choose. So, for example, they can choose an energy drink, a granola bar, etc. from a nice-looking UI and they subscribe to these items monthly or whatever cycle you wish. They get to build their subscription. And this feature is very customizable. You can change any text and colors to suit your store's style. NANCY from Appstle helped guide us to set up Build-A-Box to suit our use case. And now it's perfect! We asked her like 100 questions and she patiently, knowledgeably, and professionally answered them all to our satisfaction. She is an asset to her company and deserves a raise and promotion immediately! She even quickly created a screen recording with her voiceover to guide us on how to hide certain things that we don't want on our page while pointing us in the direction to show a button on our product page which will open Build-A-Box. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! Love your product, love the team! :D

Great subscription app, great customization option. Support is helpful and easy to access, but the wait time is much longer than what the estimated wait time says. It said I would be waiting 3 min but I was waiting in the queue for about an hour. The support team member was still very helpful

The Appstle Subscriptions app is highly versatile and robust, perfectly suited to our growing needs for offering subscriptions to our customers. We switched from Bold Subscriptions to Appstle because Appstle offers more features, has a flat monthly cost, and does not charge commission fees on transactions, unlike Bold. Additionally, Appstle has a fantastic support team that is responsive and always available to assist us with questions or adjustments. They help us identify and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
