We've only just begun exploring the app, but in the first 10 minutes of setting it up, we reached out to customer service for help and they were incredibly fast to respond and so helpful with helping us to set up specific features for our membership! We've only been using this app for about a week but the customer service has been really great so far that I felt compelled to leave feedback based on that. We had a couple issues on install that they fixed very quickly for us. We were debating between this app and another membership one, so sent an email with a couple questions to both before installing. Appstle responded quickly and answered all of our questions and in comparison, we just heard back after 7 days from the other one. EDIT: After awhile of using this app, I'm taking it down to four stars. We've had many chats with support on issues we've had and keep being given solutions that don't work or different answers for things. Super frustrating. The basic app is still working great, but if you're trying to do anything outside of the basics, it's frustrating. Glad that we are able to meet your requirements. We just launched our membership so I've not had much time using this app. But, the setup, features, and customer support have been top-notch so far! 5 stars for most amazing customer service! Out of the box, we had a few hiccups integrating both with our Expanse Theme and with recent Shopify updates. But this team is so wonderfully responsive and helpful that they went above and beyond to make things work! It has taken some time, yes, there were some kinks, but please be patient with them as they will give great effort researching and fixing integration issues! And I learned much along the way! We started using this app at the beginning of 2024 to offer our new garden memberships. It has done everything we've needed so far. The documentation is easy to follow for setting it up and the support is fantastic. Updated March, 2025: The customer service continues to be incredible. I really like the app and the customer service. My one complaint would be that on the perks and plans, the edit membership items say "Limit Access To Specific Page" and that is really frustrating because I have to open each to try to figure out what page it belongs to

This app has been really great for growing our business online. The team is available to assist with any questions 24/7 with great response time and they include a video of how they fix your issue, so that you can learn for the future. Very great support team!! When the App works correctly, it's great! The customer service team is prompt in replying to questions or queries. And the app is a great way to automate the subscription process through Shopify. However..... In the last 6 months we have numerous issues with subscriptions failing, changes being made in the back end of the system without our knowledge resulting in customers being over charged (More than 30+ subscriptions for the 2nd year in a row), renewal prices being changed, product type mysteriously changing to physical instead of digital. The response from support team has been varied. Often resulting in us waiting days as they discuss with developers to solve issues. I don't know if I would reccomend this app.

Hussain was super helpful and took great patience to deal with issues setting up my membership plan. I've used other membership apps before which could not meet my requirements. Chat for support was great, each time I needed help. It was available 24/7, and they always helped answer all my questions, as well as troubleshoot my issues. I was easily able to get things fixed quickly, and appreciated that I didn't have to wait for an email reply the next day or so, like I have to with another app we use.
