I have been trying to get the membership working on my website for several days. I am not the most tech savvy person out there. Jackson was very helpful and patient with me as he walked me through every step very clearly. Took the time to take video and screen recordings to make sure that I understood the steps that needed to take. Now that this is successfully setup on my website I can't explain how much of a relief that this is. Very happy and grateful Glad that we are able to meet your requirements. Appstle has been an excellent partner in providing added value to our customers via our PortalPass+ membership program, and our normal Rewards program available to non-premium members via Appstle Loyalty. Along with providing excellent products, they provide excellent customer services that helps us out rather quickly and fully. Thank you for the great review! We have had major outages THREE times within a single week while scaling, causing severe damage to our business. Each time, members couldn’t access their perks, new sign-ups weren’t processed, and our core subscription functionality was broken for HOURS. We had to pause marketing campaigns, and customer complaints flooded in—all because Appstle simply did not work. The worst part? It was the SAME BUG every time. After the first incident, support assured us it was “fixed permanently.” A few days later, it happened again. Exact same issue. Another promise that it was fixed for good. Guess what? It happened AGAIN today. Support is fast to respond, but it's an endless loop of frustration. Each time, I have to explain the same problem from scratch, wasting precious time while they ask irrelevant questions instead of just checking their own logs. They claim they “escalate to developers,” but there’s zero transparency, no clear root cause analysis, and no real preventative action. Just empty phrases and broken promises. This app is NOT reliable for serious businesses. If you rely on memberships or subscriptions, expect outages, lost revenue, and a support team that makes you run in circles. Absolutely unacceptable!
