Fantastic customer support - extremely fast at replying and very informative in their responses and always very friendly. A large requirement for us was having an appointment booking system which allowed 2 way sync with our Google calendar and Appointo's Pro plan does exactly this - no additional apps or APIs required. The support we receive from the staff is above and beyond our expectations. We have run into many unexpected issues with the app but the staff are quick to respond and have helped us solve every issue we have encountered. We have talked with them many times sometimes about multiple issues in a single day but the staff are never perturbed and are always helpful. We plan on using their apps indefinitely. They have a great team!

The app is a little bit complicated but they make up for that with their customer support. They answer and fix any complications right away. For a free app, it's great! Would love to have an option to show a full calendar of all my appointments using this app also because I need to use a different app for that. Otherwise it has been great for booking classes with different times on my website.

update: the customer service months later to my review below has been excellent! I just set the Appointo app up and got my products up in less than 2 days, and that includes testing bookings and testing email responses because I want everything to be perfect before promoting bookings in my shop. I spent the whole week before setting up another calendar app that didn't work out, so I was a little worried to waste more time. I'm happy to say that Appointo is easy to use and understand and should be a breeze now that I have the hang of it. Their customer service was stellar too. I'm happy to be able to start promoting my new calendar bookings now! I definitely recommend this app.

This app is great for scheduling and the support I've received so far has been excellent. I'm very happy with Appointo and would recommend them to anyone looking to schedule appointments or consultations in their Shopify store.

This is the first review I have left for a long time. I am very, VERY happy with this app. The app does everything I needed it to do. Its straight forward. Some things could be tweeked like the terminology for some areas in the app but apart form that, its great. When I did have an issue, the guys were very prompt with responding back to me and resolved it quickly. Keep up the good work guys!

I had an issue that I couldn't get to, for two weeks, but once I finally had some time to sit down with Appointo, the team was able to pin-point where the issue was in the set-up times and fix it. Because I was unable to use the app for those two weeks, they approved my request to prorate the weeks I wasn't able to use their service. Very helpful and respectful to small business' frustration and lack of time. Would recommend this service... Thank you!
