This is by far the best appointment and booking app. It makes my complex rental bookings, subscriptions, and one-time purchases a breeze. Karan from CS is awesome. He has been in service with me patiently from the time I installed the app and through every setup. I tried many booking apps before this and emailed ALL apps about my requirements, and Appointo was the FIRST to reply and help me out and understand the app. Don't look any further, This is the BEST booking app. Take your time to have a call with them and they can assist you tremendously. Kudos to the CS team. Love it!

Creating a website can be overwhelming, so many things to do, but I am glad that appointo has great customer service, they answer every question, and they offer free phone calls where they guided me and helped me get set up! I'm glad I got this appointment app!

I have had an issue with the app which was resolved in a timely manner, considering it happened during the weekend. Overall everything works as it should. I would however like to see a few additional features for the app such as automatic booking of days after the second subscription payment and surge pricing for multi-day bookings. Special praise to the support team, whose service is unparalleled. Usually, you get an answer through their live chat within half hour and it is easy to set up a call. It would take a good product to be swayed from Appointo.

The app is great but not nearly as good as the support team behind it, genuinely blown away but the initial support and set up advice given. Highly recommend!

first in class customer service / help. Wished that the custom form fields had more validation / integration with them. EG entering in a phone number, mailing address (would be nice to integration w google maps), email address (validate its a valid email address) etc.

We implemented this to save us admin time in our consultations and it has been great so far. The support is very quick and very helpful. No question is too much. For our business, there are certain limitations however I think they are continuing to improve the product and make it even better. The subscription option recently implemented was exactly what we required, as it now allows our customers to self-serve and book their own appointments without requiring manual follow up!
