The support is amazing. Priyanshu and Karan were very helpful in solving for my use cases. Priyanshu was able to solve my problem of multi-session booking using Subscriptions. If you have the same problem, try subscriptions! Please note that there are some limitations of capability of Appointo. On my use case, all the services are tied to one another even if they are different services. Service 1 slots will be deducted from Service 2 when what I wanted is only Service 1 and Service 3 syncs with one another. Alas, support is there to brainstorm with you on the possible solutions you can do to work around it. Very grateful for the hand-holding. We spent a total of 1.5 hours on the call for me to accomplish my use case. Thank you to the team and well done!

This is by far the most helpful support I have received from any app. The support call gave me so much information and was really easy to understand and follow as well as introducing me to some extra features of the app I didn't know about. Absolutely brilliant! 5 stars!!

Extremely helpful online support. Was able to share my screen and have the best help from Karan. Amazing features that other booking apps do not have. With Appointo you are able to use subscriptions to give your customer the flexibility to purchase multiple products and book/manage multiple appointments. I am very satisfied with this app and highly recommend it.

wow. the customer service is phenomenal. i'm just getting started on shopify, and getting used to the app situation has been interesting. it's not the best feeling to start investing time into installing and learning a new app to get halfway through the setup process and have to wait for hours or days to hear back from the app's customer support team. Tarang with Appointo answered in seconds worked insanely efficiently, doing everything related to custom code edits for me. Appointo is apparently super customizable unlike some of the other booking apps we've tried and it makes a MASSIVE difference to have fast helpful customer support in the chat messaging feature. our calendar has now been fully cusomized to meet our branding needs and we're ready to publish our appointment based product listings. all in about 15 minutes. phenomenal. highly recommend.
