Only good if you have only FBA, wont sync inventory or orders from FBM or any other inventory. With this limited functions, it was good untill they decide randomly to upgrade my plan. I;ve fulfilled around 54 orders which is well within their free plan limit, I was aske to upgrade to what I think it was USD 19 something plan. though it was nt justified I upgraded as I was more or less happy and didnt want inconvenience in Q4. But just after upgrade in apprx 20 days, one morening received a message that says, you orders are not synced and wont sync unless you upgrad to some USD 49 plan. This is really opportunistic move and was not even sent a single message before stopping. It was bit of inconveniences but decided to get away from them as my experience suggest they wouldnt bugg you in normal time but will definately in busy time relying you'd have to pay them - there are some words for suuch kinda behaviour.

Incredible app and great support!! We had a bit of a complicated situation as we are selling in the US and Europe and have inventory with Amazon in both places. Primarily, this app solved our issue of Shopify not integrating with Amazon FBA outside of US and Canada. Also, several questions came up as I was configurating the app and their support team (I mainly worked with Adi) was incredibly responsive and helpful. And on top of all this, they have a pricing plan that works perfectly for new, small businesses. Starts off free as you get started and you only move to their paid plans once you have enough orders. Just be a little careful if you want to fulfill orders with non-Amazon stock. Everything with this app is automated for you, so as soon as the order is in (whether manually placed by you or by a customer), it's sent to Amazon instantly. You'll need to toggle the sync off and on before the order to manage this.

Very nice app for order and stock integration between Shopify and Amazon. In addition, support speed is fast and good!

I've been using this app for a couple of months now. The documentation and support is good, and it gets the job done. Specifically, it will send your customer an email for each shipment that is sent by amazon when shipments are split (as they often are for our store). Also it can show real-time delivery ETAs and actual shipping costs to customers, which is a much better experience right now given all of the COVID delays. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone shipping via Amazon FBA.

Most of our products are fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and because of this, customer orders are oftentimes split into multiple shipments. Since Shopify cannot handle multiple tracking numbers nativey, customers would often get confused about multiple shipments but only one tracking number. This WAS our #1 customer service issue, but this app fixed it! Woohoo! Plus it eliminated the need for us to manually send each order to Amazon. So... win win win. The installation was incredibly easy, and the customer service was always timely. I would give this app 6 stars if I could! I've been waiting for it for years!

This app is awesome! Now I can use my Amazon FBA inventory to fulfill my Shopify orders. No need to have a separate 3rd party warehouse, just for Shopify.

This has saved us from having to import shipments into Amazon and the configuration is very simple.

We are using this app for auto-sync of Shopify orders to Amazon MCF - everything works great, we achieved 100% automation.

We bought this app primarily to manage inventory synchronisation from Amazon FBA to our Shopify store. This works perfectly. We now also use it to automatically send orders to Amazon FBA for fulfilment as soon as they arrive in Shopify. This works perfectly as well. The thing that stands out, is the incredible level of support that Webbee gives. They address problems and enquiries with patience and an extremely high level of experience and knowledge. You won't regret working with with these guys.

Alert WORST APP EVER! DO NOT INSTALL! It automatically fullfilled 20 items from Amazon in a soly item order on shopify. Running for 4 days caused a totally $30002 lost! This app has made multi channel fulfillment a breeze. Whether it be new markets or bundle orders it syncs our amazon logistics with our shopify store perfectly. This app has worked great for us! We have all of our inventory stored in Amazon warehouses and had been using their multi-channel fulfillment to fulfill Shopify orders manually before using this app. This app makes it SO much easier to fulfill Shopify orders for us! Very easy to use and hasn't been glitchy once. I love the fact that you can create custom bundles as well, that's really made it easier to offer more custom products/offers for our customers! Absolutely terrible. Syncing takes ages even if asked for manual sync. But when complete it doesn't mean you get your Amazon SKUs imported. I still have no idea what did they actually sync and where it went then. What they successfully done was resetting all my inventory counts to 0 without even a single warning! And as a bottom line: nobody answered my chat request for support. Even worse, two chats I started was simply closed while I was navigating across the app interface. Removing...

I have a relatively complicated store and this app is able to work with all my complications with no problem. Specifically, some of my items are fulfilled by Amazon MCF and others are fulfilled in-house. I also have items that are in pre-order but will eventually be Amazon MCF. So in a given order, I might have one item for Amazon to fulfill now, one item for self-fulfillment, and one item to stay unfulfilled until the inventory is available. This app handles all of this without issue with its' product mapping' feature. Other pros: - once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to Amazon (if mapped to do so) - once an order is fulfilled by Amazon, the tracking information is automatically sent back to Shopify with the email notification being sent to the customer and the order marked as fulfilled. This takes 2-3 hours. (you also have the option of using the Amazon notification emails if you prefer) - their customer support is fantastic. I had several questions about setting up my store properly. They were patient with me and resolved every issue to get it working perfectly for my store's needs. If you're using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment for sales on your Shopify store, this app is a must-have to automate the process.
