Pretty intuitive app, works seamlessly with Shopify settings. As a larger store shipping ~100 orders a day with a mix of FBA and manual items, we used Shopify Plus flows to automate the fulfilment of the FBA orders only, still allowing us to manually fulfil orders. Cara was a huge help in troubleshooting what was a new process to both of us.

Cara was great and very helpful! She guided us through the entire process, and was highly responsive anytime we reached out for help.

Cara in the Support team is awesome, and extremely fast. Everything in the app is well described and also has video tutorials on youtube.

Overall, I think Bytestand offers great integration between Shopify and Amazon FBA shipping. Bytestand's customer service is timely and helpful. Note: If your Shopify store receives Facebook orders for FBA items, don't expect automatic Bytestand fulfillment to occur due to the way Facebook places a temporary hold on their orders. Currently, you will need to manually request Bytestand fulfill these items after the hold is removed. I discussed automating this workflow with Shopify, who indicated they would pass along an enhancement request to their engineering team.

Had an issue related to subscription app which was not working with Amazon FBA, i raised the issue with help support via chat with "CARA" who was most helpful indeed. she sorted the problem in no time and went further to assist me in providing detailed instructions to get the customer order sorted. I love this app. Makes shipping so much easier. I never have to pack another order again and all inventory is synced and auto shipped through FBA. It's the best FBA app so far! Cara has been such a great help also with any issues we have had, which haven't been many! =]

I had a minor issue which turned out to be with Amazon (duuh) and not the app but Cara from their support team was incredibly helpful and took ownership of my issue from start till end. Definitively 5-star support and the app does what it should and is really easy to set up.

As for the App Functionalities, the ability to Sync and Auto-Fulfill Shopify Orders with Amazon FBA using ByteStand as a Gateway is terrific. A potential 'Must-Have', Top-5 Shopify App depending on your setup. Simply Stellar.

This is the right partner for connecting your Amazon to your Shopify store. Cara in customer service is a one person show, but she absolutely kills it. Customer service is the reason to choose this app as your partner. I also use their snap sync app. Both are solid.
