Great App! The level of services were very prompt too. Problem solved! Love the new user interface too.. Not sure if we received any notifications but if not they should send notifications whenever there are new updates which we were unaware. Keep up the great work!

App needed some config for our theme store and they got back to us in reasonable amount of time and got it fixed. Had issue with billing and in same way they took care of it professionally.

This app is great for managing restocks without making the customer wait to order! I love the analytics page that shows which orders still need to be fulfilled.

Great app! appreciate the quick customer service and follow through! The app works well and was fairly easy to install - it seems a bit expensive but I am glad it has a lot of flexibility.

Very quick support! Runs out of the box with a few clicks that is great! You just need to make some minor adjustments and thats it! In case you do not see any changes try to delete the cache.

Works better than another app I did, like way better. Also the customer service was faster which is awesome. Overall super stoked on this app as it's literally a life saver for us and improves our website, efficiency and customer service.

I was in a bind because a lot of our products were running out of stock and were being shown as unavailable. I actually tried a few pre-order apps prior to giving Pre-Order Manager 2.0 a shot and you definitely get what you pay for. 1) very easy to set-up 2) visual customization for pre-order button passive and rollover states 3) worked flawlessly with our theme 4) I required a few customizations and the customer support team was magnificent. One area for future development improvement is that our store has a drawer/ajax cart, but the pre-order button does not yet have the functionality to trigger the drawer – had to settle for sending customers to the Cart Page.

The app is great and the support is second to none. We bumped into a few issues along the way and they modified their code for FREE because they saw a benefit to all their other clients. Great ethos and we'll remain loyal customers in future Shopify projects because of it.

This app has generated me tons of extra orders, and the setup was quite easy. I did have to ask for support, as it was not fully compatible with the pop-up cart of the theme in my shop, but the resolution came really fast. I also got some notification email customization as a bonus. Thanks!

Update: After the SputIT team requested access to our Shopify store to update their app, the app started showing many items in our store as sold out that had plenty of stock, including items that had never been set up for pre-order. The developer took no responsibility and suggested that we ask all customers to clear their cache in order to solve the problem.

This is a great app and easy to use! Highly recommend it for adding pre-order products to your site.

The app works fine, but we have some issues with the export feature and some duplications in the buttons. We have contact customer service and they have given us the worst customer service we have ever had. I am afraid we may be finding a new solution soon if they don't change.

Artyom was a huge help to our brand. We were having an issue where the pre-order button wasn't showing even though the settings were correct. Artyom took a look at our theme's code and fixed the problem.

The support for this app is great. I recently installed it, but it wasn't working on the Dutch version of my translated shop. I emailed them about this matter and they changed the coding on their end for FREE. This is how you get loyal customers. Now I can use the app in my English store as well as my Dutch store. Kudos!

I love this app - it's allowed me to get almost 100 more customers that otherwise would have walked away due to stock being sold out! Woohoo! 4 years on and I'm still loving this app. The customer service is fabulous if I've ever had any troubles. Thank you :)
