This app is really good and the support provided by Hana is really top notch.

It was super easy to import reviews from my old website which was super helpful. When I ran into a snag, I got instant online help while still in my shopify store. Sonny was such a big help. He was knowledgable, and went above and beyond by helping with my initial question, but then seeing another issue I didn't even know I was having, and fixed it. All this happened in about 6 minutes. I installed Air Product Review as it is one of the few that integrates with my loyalty program. It is not as intuitive as the old review app I was using, but for the integration, I think it is enough. Whenever I needed help from the support, I was promptly replied, especially from Hana. Hana was so quick and on point with her support and very patient with my questions and mistakes. I wish all shopify apps support worked like her, my life would be much easier.
