Installation is simple and straightforward. I can start using it immediately with minimal downtime. Overall great service by Aftership!

Our company didn't believe this service could make it easier for us to manage any returns, but we were wrong. The average time spent on returns processing was cut by half and it's easier for customers as well. Now, they don't need to email/message us first and wait for a reply before sending the products back. Overall very simple to set up and great app!

This makes handling returns so much easier. I'm surprised Shopify doesn't include return handling by default, but this app fills the gap nicely.

A very necessary app. The amount of money this saves by letting customers know the that order is out for delivery and delivered pays for it self. Because customers respond right away if the did not receive, Giving you and them a chance to locate it. The other money saving issue it it cuts down on the customer service request asking when is the order going to be delivered. This app is *super* easy to set up, is designed nicely and seems seamless. The thing that would make it 5 stars is if it included the option for exchanges as well as returns, including an exchange form where customers can write why they are returning or exchanging something. I actually don't know if I'll continue to use this if I cant figure out a way to make it a "Returns/Exchanges" center.

Store owners want to make creating a store as easy as possible and any automation tools are welcome. You also need to look professional and you also need to minimise the amount of effort it takes to run a store. Returns Center accomplishes all of those requirements. It's very easy to set up and, unbelievably, it's free.
