So far so good. But our customers keep sending the emails about "Add Tracking"-a page comes up with some errors, so they can't add a tracking number. Other than that, this app is absolutely convenient for both customer and us.

Have not a problem with them yet.

It's a free and smart App for return products, it is very easy to setup and helpful for our Store. We recommend this app

So far the app seems to be working great! My only complaint is that when I try and preview the emails that are going to customers (this is an option in the app) it comes up blank. I have reached out to the support center @ AfterShip, but have not yet received any response....So I'm giving them 3 stars.

Way To Go! AfterShip Returns Center makes your Return Policy execution so easy. The app reduces lots of headache and effort. It is a "MUST HAVE" in all stores. The returns are automatic and easy, spontaneous. Very Good App! My recommendation: GO FOR IT!

This is an essential app useful for any shopify store! It's very user friendly as well and makes it much easier for the customer and your shop. So far no issues, 5 stars!

Seems like it should work. I created a mock return request and all seemed to work well. The reason I didn't give if the full 5 stars is I think they could improve it by adding an option for customers to submit a picture of a defect. That way the seller could make an immediate decision to refund or replace the item without the customer having to return a parcel and wait for it to arrive and be inspected before a decision is made. If that option already exists, forgive my ignorance but I didn't see it in options.

Very useful app. Perfect timing as well. Wouldn't know how to even begin to start a return form for my customers if it wasn't for this app!!!

I was in need of a professional efficient returns policy that looks and feels real to our customers. Not just an email. The fact that, Aftership Returns Center is linked to our site through Shopify and I am also able to send a link. The App works like it was designed to. Not to mention the App is free for now. It's completely user friendly and I am able to integrate my returns policy and give the customer clear instructions on the process. It's the best App out there for this service. So far so good. Returns center was super easy to set up and has worked extremely well for our store. We love that a third party can handle everything for us but that our customers are still happy!

Works great. Nice and streamlined. Easy to approve or reject returns. Only change I would recommend is to be able to open the order page on a separate tab when clicking the order number from the Aftership returns center.
