So far I have had a great experience! I am happy to have an app that allows be to do so much in one spot!

So far so good! The app is easy to use and it has a super clean layout. Customer service quite helpful as well.

Has only been a couple of shipments till now but it's smooth sailing so far. Wanted help with a few settings and the support team responded well and on time. From the email and verbal communication, their willingness to help and the attitude towards customer was excellent.

After installing and uninstalling multiple shipping tracking apps, we've decided to give Aftership a try. So far, they have the best customer service. Varun the support representative that assisted me today, answered all my questions clearly and quickly. He provided me with articles and links that would help get started right away. On top that he was very kind and patient. I don't know why people say their customer service was terrible. That is clearly not the case from my experience so far.
