The tracking app is a great addition to the store. Provides customers with timely tracking and also links the tracking numbers to couriers where sometimes our 3pl's links aren't complete. Thanks guys!

A bit complicated to understand in the beginning but after Manish explained by a call meeting he helped me understand most of how to start. one big downer is that zeleris/dhl tracking is not updating itself when changing trackingnumber and have to be done manually, and will get double counted unfortunately for each shipment.

I have installed this app on the basis of the reviews that were posted by few Shopify store owners. I find this app a very useful app to send an email about the shipment details and keeps the customer happy without worrying where the goods ordered are currently withheld. I am still exploring the complete functionality of this app, and it looks like a great app to have on your store. Customer support is great and quick to respond. Even the Oberlo weekly chats suggested this app a must-have for every Shopify store owners.
