i used this app and i had a few questions on how to verify my email for sending emails to my customers. i loved the live chat option on Aftership it was fast quick and effective and got all the answers i needed from their support team

I changed over from using starshipit, to a combination of READY TO SHIP, and Aftership to hande my shipping integrations with Australia Post eParcel and the notifications to my customers once an order has been shipped. Once installing Aftership, over several hours I dealt with Amish from their customer support, who helped me completely integrated and highly customise Aftership within my shopify store. Every single issue I was faced with, Amish quickly sorted it out for me. I am very very happy with this APP, and it is cheaper than Starshipit! Thank you!

i use this app to manage out business tracking orders over multiple carriers in one place. Varun assisted me on live chat with resolving why i had open orders errors of not being imported and did a fantastic job communicating and resolving my query in a timely manner.

Customer service was responsive, removed branding from tracking page. We are a small store and the tracking page and the updates are great way for us to keep track of orders.

I love the fact that the app sends automated emails with the shipping status. And I also love the fact that it allows me to put a link on my site to help customer's track their order.

This app is so useful for my customers to keep track of their purchases, which is vital, because who wants to purchase an item and not be able to track it? My customers are always excited to see where their package is and when it will arrive. The bonus to this app is the customer service. They were quick to reply and help with a question I had AND walked me through everything I needed to do on my end. A great app and company! 10

I recently moved to aftership as my platform for tracking shipments and I don't regret the shift at all. The migration was smooth and customers are now updated with tracking info via email, SMS and also via the tracking page on my website. The support team is very responsive and I've been able to resolve my queries or issues quickly and promptly. Since I'm still new to the platform, Look forward to explore more!

Fast customer service, the promised delivery date options is wonderful. The entire app looks to be perfect for what I needed. I haven't configured the tracking widget button yet but even without it, the tracking page functionality is quite good on its own. Being able to help your customers track their shipments through SMS notifications, and 1-click from a link in your footer - awesomeness.

Great App, gets the job done. Tried a few others but this seemed to be very in sync with the time etc...

The tracking page is so cool. I really like it so much. I think that it will be useful for customers to view their tracking information on the website. It also embedded really well onto the site and it looks like. I really like it.
