This app is required to use their aftership returns appropriately, which is not disclosed. The free trial of this app will propagate with all your old orders so you can not test with new orders. All of their apps require you to add at least one more of their other apps adding lots of additional cost to the system and setup/maintenance time. Their customer service line consistently put me with different agents in the same chat so I had to constantly repeat myself and then reapprove them to look into the problem. Then they said they were not able to solve basic issues. Bad experience all around. Wasted lots of time and money on their app system. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for a solution. UPDATE: We reinstalled this app because we wanted to better serve our return customers, but the customer service is terrible and all they want to do us upsell you and charge you for orders that were already delivered before you installed the app. Find an alternative if you can.

Não recomendo. Estou tentando falar com o suporte, porém sem retorno. Foi feita uma cobrança exorbitante no meu cartão no valor de USD 413,80 para 1 MÊS sendo que nem fiz upgrade do plano, nem vendas.

I used this app for many years and will continue to, they dont unexpectedly raise prices, and i'm not surprised they are top 10 on best shopify applications to download, it literally is the only of 3 apps that I care to use. IF YOU GET THIS APP, ASK FOR: Animesh if you want to raise sales, and see higher conversions, this gentleman REALLY goes above and beyond, like, I don't think any other application cares this much about my success!! I guarantee if you download this, you will make your money ( it's free trial.. + so MUCH CHEAPER AND BETTER like.. impossible to find an app this good, they are obviously my go to for everystore, never write reviews but had to for Animesh !! <3 Best Staff, App, Top Tracking Order Lookup App, Etc! Like you can make a tracking custom domain page, and up to 50 orders are free !! Alphatox is a proud client for 7+ Years of After Ship and LOVES the APP!

It does what it promises but my last interaction with the support was horrendous. They try to answer your message with whatever they can to be the last word on the chat but nothing is actually resolved. That just forces you to be answering an infinity conversation of "I'll take a look", "thank you", "you are welcome", and "ok,"... until they bounce you to the next colleague. Its torture. Total $H!T show. So far there's no option for an APP that I'm aware of that does the same but I'll move away from them if I could.

He was very kind to me and walked me through the steps I needed to change my custom domain name for the tracking page. Thank you very much and keep being kind and helping to other people too. Best customer support service so far.
