I'm loving this app! I can very easily keep an eye on our trackings for our online orders. Simple as that! Highly recommend! One thing I was really surprised about was when adding in a new tracking, it auto detects the courier by the tracking number! Amazing!

I have to admit I found this app a little awkward to use. It was not highly intuitive to me but over the past week I am growing to love its capabilities. I was having trouble with USPS First Class Packages getting stuck in major USPS facilities and now I can catch it faster, send "lost package" request to USPS and inform customer we are working to resolve it before they even know it will be late. I have a lot of hope with app and will write more in a month. Overall I am recommending this app. I have a feeling I won't be able to live without it. OK, been using for a little over a month and while it is still awkward to use I do like it very much and recommend it. I will probably upgrade once I can drive monthly sales higher. I track about 50 to 60 orders per month. If I get that up to 500 this will be very helpful indeed.

The customer service is quite amazing, they coached us through any help we needed and answered every question. The overall system is clean and easy to use. We love the customer-facing tracking page (we do the paid version).. the design is quite better than what even top e-comm sites who develop their own pages have. 110% recommend

How is it possible that EVERY username that I could come up with including my name was taken? Fraud....? Collecting info maybe...?

We have found this app very easy to understand and use. It allows us to keep track of very detailed information regarding our shipments and customers.When our sales increase we will upgrade our subscription and are sure this app will work perfect for our needs. The team is attentive and open to help with our inquiries.I would recommend this app for anyone new to tracking shipments.

A+ for the app, D- for the support. Love the functionality of the app, BUT for as critical and time-sensitive a function as communicating with customers about their shipping information -- especially at the holidays -- the developer should offer more and better support than e-mail only a day later than when you need help. Also, the YouTube videos are out of date. We'll keep using it...and hoping we don't need timely help.

WAO! JUST WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR!

I love all this Apps, Seriously.. Really easy to import the tracking number. but im really frustrated with "pending" status. Why aftership not sent email when the shipping at pending status... We just want to send email to customer, we already process the order and sent the tracking number. Most of my customer complain and they want refund... We need wait 1-2 weeks from pending status to "In Transit" and the customer already mad of my business.. OMG Seriously i need send tracking number at email to my customer the pending status order...
