Really great app, works excellent. I tried a lot of personalizer apps but this is by far the best one for our products. Also they have a great customer service, experienced and fast reply.

Was einen eigenen Shop angeht bin ich der Neuling schlecht hin. Diese App bringt genau das mit sich was ich benötige und auch wenn ich da nicht ganz verstanden habe wie es funktioniert hat, hat mir der Kunden Support (Shahariare Rahaman, Shahariare Rahaman und Shahariare Rahaman) super weiter geholfen. This app is the top choice for selling customized products and offers great value for money compared to other alternatives. After trying several applications, I found that this app was the only one that provided the best results.

I had difficulty with the checkout portion of this app and contacted the app developers via online chat and Shahariare Rahaman was super helpful and managed to fix the problem within a few minutes.

Tried a lot of personalize / customize apps but this one has all for a decent price. They are working to get the design even better and if my customers are able to move their logo themselves I would give six stars. Support is great and fast!

While the app itself has had a number of oddities and issues that seems to sprawl out of nowhere after working fine for weeks and months, the support received from their team has been excellent. Since no product is perfect, at the end of the day having great technical support is what makes the difference.

This has been an amazingly powerful tool to set up vast arrays of options and settings for my merchandise that will allow my customers to greatly customize there product in a very clean package. Do not be intimidated by the layout of it or the logic commands to get everything to work! There is a learning curve! But once you get the hang of it you will be looking for excuses to add cool options and logic that make your customer interaction experience 1000% better and maybe even better yourself and your product! Stick with it! I recently ran into some issues where I wanted to change viewing settings within the product viewer and the option was not standard. Al Amin Khan, Shahariare, and Shamsuddin were all prompt and professional with dealing with my issue and it was quickly resolved! I am certain that I and you will receive the same courteous and insightful help in the future. If your product or business needs a lot of variations and options for customization this is the App to go with! (2023 Update) Still the best support team I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. REALLY have helped walk me through issue after issue of my own doing and the website is coming along great! I am certain the fantastic service and product will continue!

Zepto has been quick to respond to me and very helpful in every way. Their Product works great and is easy to use. This is my response below to them the other day when they helped me duplicate my Product Personalizer onto another website. Y'all have been great with customer service, and response times. I really appreciate this! It has saved me soooooooooo much time in not having to recreate this personalizer. We are very thankful and happy.

This application is a 10 out of 10. I was running against a problem on my website for the last 1,5 month. All this time I thought it was because of the Zepto Product Personalizer and was in contact with them daily. Eventually, after doing a lot of investigation and many support we came to the conclusion this was because of another app that we didn't thought of all this time. Guys, Al Amin and Shahariare, I'm really thankful for you guys supporting me with this issue. Because of you guys I was able to finally fix it. Beside of that, the app is really good and is worth every penny I've spend on it this far!

had several issues with this app, and support keeps blaming the theme. I changed theme 3 times - issues still persist issues are happening in the cart, these issues are triggered when one or more products are added: -no items in cart even if I added items -items in cart do not update when new product is added -items that other people customized appear in my cart, items that I did not customize

It's incredibly useful customization app! Some features are really unique. And the customer service is always there, responding fast and always helping a lot. They helped us with everything and it was a very satisfying. We strongly recommend it to everyone!

Customer service is fantastic. If I have a question about how to do something, they know exactly how to achieve it. We started using this app very basically, but have realized it can be integrated into our site much deeper with stronger functionality than we originally realized.
