Amazing customer service. I set up multiple accounts for different dropshipping stores. I only needed the plus plan on one of my accounts. After discussing it with the zendrop team through their easily accessible messaging system, they upgraded all of my accounts to PLUS for FREE. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Karrie - and others were very helpful in getting me going. I am surprised at the patience they had with me. Taking the time to explain and get me going. I am sure some things seem elementary to her as she answers these questions all the time, yet she did not make me feel lessthan.

I'm a novice at dropshipping and had quiet a few questions. Jeffery was absolutely fabulous at answering everything in detail. Shopify now doesn't seem such a daunting task.

To be honest, I haven't used the app. I bought it, started doing things but I just never got around to setting everything up. The support have been supernice this entire time and when I cancelled they didn't have to refund me but did without any discussion. When I get around to having more time for this I will surely return.

Great app, so far had 1 order and it went smoothly with Zendrop. Also a customer support is great, they helped me immediately with my issue.

They are saying that there is a print on damand option, but it's not really avaialble, written as "coming soon"

I had an issue with tracking number, the support were pretty fast and useful.

It's been pretty good so far. The whole experience can be confusing and overwhelming but we'll worth it!
