I'm a beginner dropshipper and just started using zendrop. My experience has been great so far, the platform is very easy to navigate and it has a lot of useful features. I had some issues with my subscription plan, but I have to note that their Customer Service is top-notch. I had Jo as my customer service representative and she was amazing. She helped to solve my issues very efficiently and quickly. I would recommend this app to all fellow drop shippers.

One of the best dropshipping apps. Good community and decent prices. Great support team to answer any question you may have. However the capability to negotiate prices for COGS is an invite only 399 per month plan.

ZenDrop makes it super easy to manage your dropshipping product catalog, edits, imports and puts you in so much control.. even the free package is so much value and i highly recommend you go for the pro and plus plans coz they simply add so much power and tools for you to take your store the next level.. Customer support is very helpful; its a great platform to start dropshipping for beginners. Hopefully everyone gets success in dropshipping. Kelly, in particular, is wonderful and understanding.

I like this platforms ease of use and training. You are given instructions on how to run your store, manually or automatic with programs such as Build My Store. Thank you for this brief experience and I look forward to working with Shopify & Zendrop's drop shipping services in the future.
