Väldigt duktiga och bra att skriva med om det blir några konstigheter och dem har väldigt bra och har en hög standard alla Sample Orders som jag beställt har varit super bra och jag och mina kunder är alltid nöjda. Smidig UI på hemsidan lätt att hitta till vad man vill och helt underbar och snabb support värt att ha PRO planen om man tror på sin idé och att det kommer betala sig.

Very good. Slightly expensive but if you make a lot of orders its not an issue.

The app works like most others of it's type but the two things that set them apart are the quality control in their CN warehouse and the customer service. The down sides are the shipping times which are usually a day or so longer, the prices when starting out although your plan extends to all stores you own which makes up for it, and the lower tier plans lack of tools like AliExpress imports.

Service helping very well, and keep you in touch. Also have tones of choice for the products.

The support from Zendrop is unbelievable, they are all ways there for me 24/7 and helps me solve all my problems with orders and customers! I love them, they are the best! I highly recommend Zendrop to everyone, you won't regret it!

I had a quick question which Jinky happily answered, in a clear and concise manner. The app is well thought out as well, and should meet 99.9% of dropshippers out there. I really like that they actually source the products using the Aliexpress link, meaning you do not buy from the Ali seller.

Vendem produtos que não tem no estoque e ficam enrolando você, fiz mais de 200 pedidos de um produto e mesmo tendo o plano mais caro deles, eles não se importaram em ter agilidade e simplesmente atrasou toda a minha operação em mais de duas semanas. os atendentes não preocupam com o cliente e tentam só distrair você do problema, pior experiência da minha vida. Tirando os atendente Molly e Jo, ótimas profissionais. Não recomendo a nenhuma pessoa que realmente queira ganhar dinheiro!

Update 12/4: I got reached out to from Austin with a resolution. I got the battery replaced and they gave me support to make sure from now on I would be good from now. Im leaving the part on the bottom to show that they do work hard to make sure their client base is taken cared of, i was so impressed i decided to open a second store that would be dedicated through ZD so i can see what the results would be doing so and it did make building out the second store much easier, along with some US based products for this niche that will give some quick shipping times. The customer support has been better since too it seems they really took the feedback which is rare to see from any company. Big turn around for sure thanks team for the support I appreciate it! While I think the idea behind it is good and the intention is positive its really clear that the team is overwhelmed. I couldnt even receive a quote from their sales team to buy products in bulk which I was assured they could do - and important to note the only reason I was going down that path is shipping times can easily reach 3 weeks - by far the slowest of ANY service i've used. They have cool products overall and the idea is there but execution makes this an overall low quality option from what I've experienced. They also charge you for shipping up front and apparently they can choose from a large variety of options, but you dont know what they will select or even pay more to get faster shipping. Interestingly this may be a ploy for them to pocket extra money more than anything else, other services have transparent shipping rates and options. If i hear the quality goes back up I'll give it another shot in the future but for now there's a lot of red flags so I'll stay clear.

I would definitely recommend trying out Zendrop. I'm amazed at the response time and the clearity of how they run their business.

Being new to both Shopify and Zendrop processes, I had some dropshipping questions which I needed answers too quickly. Jinky was of great assistance to myself on-line and answered everything in quick fashion which was being asked of her. This was greatly appreciated. When you are chasing answers that impacts customer orders, receiving the right information is critical. A big thank you for pointing me in the right direction! Overall, a very satisfied owner!

Great customer service! (Thank you Jobelle) Quick, simple & clear. I had a problem with my billing and she correct it right away and she gave me some advices. I find it a bit pricy because it's like 70$ CAD a month for the pro plan BUT It's understandable with all the services they offer and they're very good.
