Very nice and beginner friendly

At first I was pretty confident using them,it seemed legit but it's not. Because the mobile version is not giving same features as on desktop I had to contact support to find how to do something, the agent was really nice and helpful. But then, the disappointment and frustration started, no response from support, no allocated agent, they DO NOT PROVIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION, they do not provide options on shipping anyway they just choose the best option in their opinion. I have made an order as if I was one on my customers to test it out, the processing took longer than expected and the shipping longer than expected, I received the order 2 days after an order I placed 3 days after the zendrop one with another similar company. The item I received was well packed but a strong perfume smell came out of it, the item seemed that it already been used as it was covered in greasy fingerprints and the item along with its accessories and accessory containers were scratched overall and had black marker stains. The product itself was an electronic acupuncture Massager but felt like a toy. I asked for a refund which was promptly done through credits and uninstalled.

After some confusion in regards to an update for one of my customers, I currently use zendrop and let me just say Joanna was top notch with her customer service! She was able to help and guide me to help my customer get an update for her purchase! Thank you Zendrop and Joanna for your business! She’s amazing!!

I would recommend zendrop for those who want to start a dropshiping business , great customer service , good prices , fast shipping and easy to replace order if damage or stolen .besides that you be able to find products on aliexpress and link them to zendrop.

Everything else is just a bonus but you cannot beat customer service! Just as we are trying to start a business and provide great customer service to our customers, it only amplifies even more the fact that Zendrop has amazing customer service for you and your customers. Great team to team up with!

I have seen some really good products on this platform, however, looks like if you pay a subscription, then you are shown more products. that part I am not crazy about as others such AliExpress, you are not paying subscriptions to see more products. So unless you are willing to pay to access more products I don't recommend this platform. But the good thing is a lot of products are shipped from U.S. so the products you promote don't have to take weeks to get to customer.

From what i experience so far, it's a pretty nice app and looks like there a good supplier but i expected to have everything linked when i connect my product to my store, I had to track the quantity on my own i kinda get that but that should be done as well but i should have to go in and do every SKU in one by one its time consuming and should be done when i link my products. I could be doing more productive things!
