Useful app and fast and knowledgable support team!

The app is user friendly and has nice options for custom branding. And the customer service was excellent. Doner, my rep, was very helpful and quick to respond.

I just got the app and the process to get my reviews from shopify to this app was very easy. I was on the Chat with Daniel who was very helpful :)

I had a hard time trying integrate my reviews, but thanks to your great customer service by Ruzsel John, I got it done. Thank you.

So far using this app (the free plan) it is quite simple and user friendly. Quite a few customizations even on the free plan, too. Had some help from 2 supports Arven and Doner and they were great helps. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic customer support. I wasn't able to upload my reviews. Something wrong with my csv and they helped me solve this in a very short time.

Great customer service

This app is fantastic. Also, the support (Jeorge-san) responded promptly and appropriately to our requests.

I reached out to Yopto on exactly April 16th for help with transferring my fera reviews to yopto. We are relaunching our company and have undergone a rebrand (product name changes), the only thing that has changed is the name of the products otherwise the product is the same. These are genuine reviews and when we reached out they responded with an excel file we have to use to format the review. We GAVE them the excel file they requested and responded promptly to all their questions. But instead of responding they have delayed our RELAUNCH. Instead of asking the right questions and genuinely helping they been assumptive and dismissive. I would not recommend this app or integration at all.

Sometimes there are challenges to no-code implementation but their support is responsive, for example, Arven assisted me today in implementing Reviews Widget on the Homepage which was a custom modification.

We just installed the Yopto app for the first time and had some issues. Tech support answered our email immediately and resolved the problem. This all happened in the evening, I didn't expect after hours support, and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks John G. for the great support!

Great app and customer service. I had trouble with showing my star rating on products due to my theme being customised. Mitch helped me out and got it working

The app works well, and I received great customer service from Doner P helping to resolve an issue with duplicate reviews when migrating my reviews from Shopify Reviews to Yotpo.

Their app works well, and their support is always responsive -- often immediately, at worst within 2 days.
