James answered all of my questions very quickly and accurately and even stayed with me after a delay on my side. This App has great functionality, affordable pricing options and easily allows customers to see that we are a reputable store to be trusted.

We've been using Yotpo platform across multiple brands. The platform is super easy to use and the customer service is top-notch!

Assistance was excellent. Answered all my questions promptly and helped me fix my issue. Just be aware with this app that anyone can review on your site (even your competitors) unless you change the settings.

Update 01/12/2023 I updated my website so i had to re-install my widget and star ratings again and Nicole L. assisted me with this. She did this for me in less than 10 minutes. I truly love this app and the support. They make it super easy for me to update my site and the customer service is awesome. Anne was super helpful! She assisted me with porting my reviews into my new site. She was willing to explain things I didn't understand and very patient in the process. Hopefully everything works out smoothly. Update: 07/01/2022 Ronel R. Helped me display my review ratings on my site. I am not the best with Shopify coding but Ronel did everything for me so quickly. Thank you so much Ronel & Yotpo. You guys make it so easy to use this app and I learn something new every time.

A bit expensive for a new small business, but great customer services. I had a an issue and they were super responsive in helping me fix it. Allen was so helpful with fixing an issue. Unfortunately we've changed provider due to limited upload image functionality the provider. For us, image uploads and social proof are super important, but Yotpo does not make it easy.

Excellent app and customer service. Fast help with any issues setting it up and the reviews automatically roll in from my customers. Top notch! Thank you for helping me grow my business!
