Great product! So happy that you have now rethought your pricing. The reviews look great on my site and gives the site a professional look www.brit-rocks.com. Love being able to comment on reviews now, I do think the Q & A function should also be included on a cheaper price plan! Just my thoughts!

What happened to you YOPTO - it was the best app ever with the best support ever. We were a founding client and were involved heavily in testing and beta. It work great for a while - they pricing was introduced and support disappeared . We have attempted to upgrade our account a few times to the fully paid option, however no one has come back to us here at www.tiesncuffs.com.au MOVING TO JUDGE.ME app - $15 USD a month and does everything YOTPO does and saves me around $900 a month

If you don't have Yotpo on your store, you are crazy!

Awesome app! I was looking for an app that will show the star ratings on the page and they have it! Easy installation and it has everything I need!

The best review software currently on the web period. Better than trustpilot and the others. Reasonably prices and free up to 50 reviews.

Good review software. Could use some bug fixes on the backend but works well.

Have to say Yotpo is truly our best on site app.. I believe the customers like/read/trust the reviews. Their customer service is top notch, I actually just submitted a ticket on a minor issue, and Gary wrote me back on a Sunday morning, and is handling it now. The ease of customizing the after purchase emails is fantastic, any idiot can do it... i am proof. The free service is great i am sure, but the premium is so worth it. They really are fantastic. Ron

This app offers a heck of a lot of great features for the low price of free. I am just getting started but I can see the value in their premium features and will likely be upgrading in the future. I've done lots of research and been reading the Shopify blogs and one thing that many of the successful stores have in common is their use of Yotpo.
