Where is the switch to classic? I cannot find the widget code anymore.

Great app and highly useful for our website.

For a brand new store Yotpo isn't the best option. The free version is very limiting. Not even social integration is included. To get the features I needed, an expensive upgrade was required. Also, customer support was lacking. It sometimes took two emails to support to even get a response. The Judge.me review app is much more cost effective for a startup and customer support is spectacular.

Works as advertised, even though the free version is limiting. No complaints though.

UPDATE 1-8-17 Since my initial review was posted, I feel like Yotpo's team stepped it up and came through for me. I was almost immediately contacted, received numerous apologies, and within a couple of days my issues were resolved. In light of this, I changed my star rating because we all make mistakes and I'm willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt, and concede to the fact that mine may have been an isolated incident. It's what we do with the mistakes that counts, and I feel Yotpo's customer service team handled things very professionally. Thanks Yotpo! --------------------------------------- The customer support with this company is some of the worst I've ever encountered. I'm having trouble installing the app and after NUMEROUS emails back and forth, they are unable to give me a solution to the problem. I have tried asking for a phone conversation, which I suspect would take care of everything in 5 minutes, but no one calls. Instead I get cryptic emails telling me to take steps that I've already told them I've taken, and/or asking me to take steps without providing instruction on how to do so. It's been infuriating. While I know that many others have written positive reviews and undoubtedly haven't had issues installing, just beware that should you encounter any kind of problem and need support, you won't get it.

Be careful when installing this stupid app. They automatically sent an email to every single customer of mine without even asking for an approval. Extremely stupid automated feature. Instantly uninstalled this. My better recommendation would be Stamped.io , known as Product Reviews Addon in the app store. They don't even reveal their pricing on the website. Blatantly slow customer service as well.

One of the best apps for reviews. Integration is very easy. Makes it very easy for customers to leave their reviews.

Great app, I use the free versions and have had good results. It is easy and does the review work for me. I love that it can run itself, I just have to sit back and watch the reviews come in!

Not recommended due to MAJOR Technical problems: 1. Adds 61kB of javascript to your page (2x the entire jQuery Library). 2. Adds 23kB of CSS to your page. An advanced Shopify Theme has 9kB of CSS. 3. That's 84kB of added weight to your page just to show reviews. It will lower your Google PageSpeed Rank substantially, at least 5 points. 4. You cannot import your shopify reviews easily. Shopify's review app (and other review apps) associate reviews by product_handle. Yotpo does it by "Product ID", and you have to manually find the Product ID for each handle. (https://support.yotpo.com/en/article/shopify-finding-the-product-id) 5. Because all other shopify review apps use product_handle, you'll have to reverse the process and find the handle for each Product ID if you want your reviews imported into another app. There are other alternatives that are 100% compatible between each other and only add 14kB to your page in total. as if these were not enough... MAJOR deal breaker: Pricing. There's a reason why they don't list their prices publicly: basic features will cost you over $1000/year. If you want all they advertise, it'll easily go over $3000/year.

Yotpo is amazing for sourcing reviews from our customers. We only use the free version at the moment, but the functionality to send in-email reviews gets some great feedback from our customers, because it doesn't take up a lot of their time to do.

This app is ok but the service sucks!! It crashed I been waiting two weeks for help know one ever helped me and I'm paying for the app

This app used to be great. I was using it for several years and very happy with it but recently they changed their pricing structure so that the most basic plan starts at $399 per month. This prices out all small and many medium sized businesses. Also when I had a tech problem, it took them OVER A YEAR to solve the problem, just in time for them to raise their prices beyond what is affordable for my business. Thanks to other reviews on this thread I just discovered Judge.me. It's an awesome app with all of the functionality of Yotpo and more for only $15 per month and their team responds immediately!

We simply love the Yotpo App! It's user friendly and does what the developers promised.

The app works fine, but the tiering model is terrible. If you upgrade from the free, it's just not affordable for a small business order. Additionally, their support staff is incompetent, nasty and very aggressive. They still call me once a week to upgrade, without even answering my support questions. Some of these support issues are weeks old lol. I still have a few inquiries out that have been completely ignored. I do not recommend this app!

Yotpo has been great. Zero problems at all; we're going to upgrade our plan, as well, given that they seem to offer a lot of useful stuff.

pricing is not clear. i can't count on this app. performance also very slow.

Really simple to install (copy couple lines of code into liquid) and works wonderfully too! Also like that there's quite a few customisation options.. Overall am really pleased! Would definitely recommend!
