This app is incredible, and limited by your imagination. I am still working on other creative ways that my customers can earn points. I liken it to the achievement system or trophy system from Xbox and Playstation. Give this a shot. The free system is more than adequate to help you get a feel for what it can do.

I am loving this app so far. It has been the missing link in my store. My customers are loving it and it is bringing back more repeat customers. The interface of the app is 2nd to none. And support is fantastic. What more can I say? Get this today!

Just starting off with Swell and what a great start it has been! Customer Service spent all the time I needed on their easy to use Online Chat Help. They walked me through my questions and helped with the Custom Rewards that we were looking for. We are all set up and ready to go with our referral program thanks to their easy to use program and superior customer service.

I had installed this app several weeks ago, and at first, only made use of the rewards program. Then, I decided to try the e-newsletter pop-up. I was skeptical that this would help me to gain any new subscribers because I am not a fan of pop-ups, and my store is new, so I've had no experience with them. Let me just say that within 12 hours, my e-newsletter subscriber list jumped by 1/3 -- with an average of one new subscriber an hour since first installing it (in combination with paid FB ads running to drive traffic to the store). Until the past week, I had been struggling to grow my e-newsletter list -- now it is almost effortless. The key is to have some kind of targeted advertising in place to drive customers to the store to get best results. The pop-up is not intrusive, and a good percentage of visitors are actually subscribing because of it. It is easy to tell which customers are using the pop-up as compared to those who are subscribing through other portals in my blog and store. Also -- I am seeing good results with the rewards program sign-ups, too. I am very pleased and will continue to explore this app's features as my shop grows. For a newbie store owner, this app has made the learning process relatively painless -- and allows for growth as my learning increases and my store expands. Thank you!

Most apps that are as good as this are often very difficult and require HTML install on our end or a "payment" to have the company install. But not his app! I couldn't be happier with the install and integration of this rewards program. Josh wrote be back within 20 minutes of me asking my one question about the pop up email capture feature. Although i haven't had any customer feedback, we have completed a trail run with an existing customer to make sure most (hopefully all) of our hiccups were out of the way. Highly recommend this app and look forward to growing our company with it!

After reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try. Couldn't be happier! The features are awesome, very user friendly, and the support is fantastic! For starters I'll say, don't waste your time with any other App. Coming from someone who isn't real tech savvy, this app all in all was very easy to navigate, understand. When I did have questions, the chat option became my friend, and for whatever reason, the few times I used it I always spoke with Josh, that man is awesome, super helpful, provided me with tutorials to watch to better assist me. He's just great. The app is great. I've only been launched 2 days now, and I've already got customers using my rewards program. There was a slight glitch in the system today when I reached out to Customer Service, and it was quickly fixed. We need this kind of Customer Service everywhere... Great job to the Swell Team for being there for all of us when needed. Its appreciated.

We upgraded to pro before we rolled out the app based solely on the pre-sales support from the team @ Swellrewards. I wanted to retroactively assign points and they not only offered to do it for free (assuming I gave them the data), but offered to do it over the weekend as to not hold up my deployment. Fun fact - In the email I had even offered to pay for this import. Maybe that missed that part :P We sent out emails of our initial launch to ~20k customers and have had no hiccups so far. Customers have been exchanging points w/no issues and with zero handholding by our support folks. To top it off, the feedback from our customer base has been overwhelmingly positive. I'd say we're pretty satisfied. Thanks!

I was looking for a rewards program, and after doing some research I decided to try out Swell Rewards. Boy, am I glad I did! The customer support is awesome and the program just works! I will be using swell rewards for all the stores we manage!

I have had it set up for about a week now and it has been working great! Found step by step tutorials to guide me through certain things and also got a quick response from support when I did get confused (at 11:41PM). Definitely would recommend this!

So far so good! Easy to install and customize, definitely intrigued customers. Customer support was on their toes to let us know they were available if we needed them, which we love!

I just set up Swell with my shopify account and I was very impressed with how easy the set up was! When I did get confused on a couple things I was able to chat online with someone (even at 10:30pm) and they were super fast to respond and help me out! They even took the time to look over my account for me to make sure I did everything correct! Very impressed with the app and customer service!
