I would most definitely recommend this app to a friend! Definitely a great addition for us small business owners looking to be a step above in customer service. My customers are LOVING the extra incentives of shopping with me.

I love being able to reward my customer loyalty and encourage repeat customers. This is a fun way to engage my customers and make them feel appreciated.

Struggling to get everything together. Quite complicated to use. Some things don't connect the way they are supposed to, leaving some items going live when they don't work. I'm sure with practise it will be a great app but very much trial and error which may come across as unprofessional to people trying to sign up

This is a decent tool for referrals and the amount you can do for free is just great.

So far so good. We haven't used it much, but the interface is simple and looks like it will work for what we need.

Swell is aptly named.. this is a great loyalty program with excellent support. Highly recommended! We are currently using it in our shop www.cigarpimp.com and have seen a drastic improvement in customer loyalty.

Just installed but going great so far!

We love the Swell reqards for www.puppyshome.com ! This app has made our customers purchase more than ever!

Works well, has increased the store email signups and referrals. Lots of ways to create popup newsletters with many design options. Well done.

Very simple to use! Quick setup time and many customization options!

So far so good. Very easy to integrate, helpful team. Looks good & works well. Only quibble is that once you've upgraded to Pro the advice on how to integrate the html for non-coders is amazingly unhelpful, and they charge you $150/15 mins to get the extra help. Not sure that's very friendly. Otherwise incredibly useful.
