Amazing. Other loyalty programs are VERY limited in functionality. Swell has the most flexibility and feature set by far. Josh and his team are very responsive and are often right there ready to chat about issues through Intercom. Best loyalty program on Shopify by far. I used other programs but they didn't hold a candle and were very slow to release features on Shopify. It was rather painful before Swell. Thanks for a great product with great support. You guys rock!

Great app to launch a quick rewards program, really like the customization options. The only think that I would add is the possibility to embed the rewards pop-up in a separate page rather than having the box floating in the pages

Apparently they changed their pricing without even changing it on their site. What was once $9 a month is now $29 a month. completely overpriced!! Got a huge bill for an app that doesnt even do as much as the rest. When I contacted regarding the pricing issue and asked for a refund due to no clear statement of price change on the website, their excuse was "we wrote a blog about it" Worst customer service ever. absolutely upset

Love how simple it is to set up this robust and gorgeous looking reward system. It works well in free mode too, but bought it to place the pop up in my header instead.
