Intuitive interface and good documentation make installation easy. There is bit of back and forth with the bulk discount creation, but nothing too onerous. Popups and customer portals are customisable and look pretty good. Will update after I see the results.

The app is great and it does what it was built to do. It takes some time to actually go through all the settings and making your coupons. First make sure you plan ahead and know before you start how much points you are planning on given your future customers for each task. If you want engagement and grow your customer list, than you want this app. It's great! I love it.
