Fantastic rewards app. Very easy to use, and very intuitive. Instructions are well presented. Great feature that you can make your own sort of currency. I just added this app, i'm excited to see how customers respond! Thumbs up!

I really appreciate Swell's pricing philosophy in that they offer a free subscription plan (Bronze). It eliminates the financial entry barrier for small start-up companies to implement a rewards program to increase revenue and growth. True to Swell's claim, its relatively easy to set up and intuitive to use, and has a lot more customization flexibility compared to other platforms offering free subscriptions. One minor issue - it would be helpful to be able to access the stylesheet when trying to customize things like the email notifications. Though to be fair, I've just started using Swell and may not yet have looked in the right place to access. :)

This app is fantastic for creating a buzz for your store and the customer service is great. I'm really enjoying using this version :)

The support was great until you're actually a paying customer. Then it dropped off and all but disappeared. Swell never worked on the POS. Support wasn't helpful. Then I downgraded to the free account, my shop qualifies, but I'm still locked out with the app demanding payment and once again support hasn't helped.

just trying it out, hope to see some good results. from what I see, everything seems well thought and so good, the plan is also friendly for startup because we can pay as we go which is a trully win win

so far so good! we will see how it goes now that i have set everything up. Everything is so user friendly and basically pre done! I will keep you all posted.

Used this app for months, invested over $600 and got less than half back from their service. We have lots of people signing up but the way it works it really does not do anything special to convert. They have tools but they are pretty basic. Overall its a tracking program and it does that well but it really did not create more sales. Updated review: tried a few other options and still no good results. Here are my stats: Value Generated: $512 Total investment: $644 Issued 1,000,000 points and 10,000 have been redeemed. We just don't see customers increasing their spend or frequency. Programs like this just dont work that well anymore.

I've tried a few rewards and referral apps, but Swell is the one that stuck. Very reasonable pricing for the customization options you get and the support is stellar. Kudos!
