It's a great tool to engage with customers. I had problems with verifying the account and TFN, the customer service rep AJ did a wonderful job to finish the process.

Completely useless and not customizable. I hope it didn't leave any code to slow down my store and there's NO "24/7" CUSTOMER SUPPORT like it says.

Regie was very helpful in assisting with helping in updating store policies for usage of SMS marketing.

Just installed the app & have few queries, all were answered thoroughly by Regie from chat support. Happy & satisfied.

Easy to use and set up. John D helped me set up my account and my first email PopUp. He was very helpful and did a great job of explaining the steps needed to verify and set up my account correctly. Would recommend.
