I've faced 2 issues when started with Email marketing. 1st - I was not able to create Email Campaigns, but it was resolved after I contacted support, it took a day or two. And second one was about my account verification, and it was resolved pretty fast with Regie's help. Thanks for that. Overall the app looks good, it has good email customization, fast support team answers, and integration with other Yotpo apps. Recommended.

Chat support Regie C is amazing, she helped me quickly resolve things. The downside is the app itself, after I set up the flow, it didn't go thru, no clear instructions were given to set up the account validation, had to go to support for help and wait for half an hour.

Working with Marnie in support was quick and effective! She solved my issue quickly so I could move on with my day.

Awesome chat support by AJ T. I installed the app yesterday and contacted support but did not get much help initially, possibly I contacted them outside of their working hours. However, when I tried again today, I was totally blown away by AJ T's assistance. AJ helped me to customize my SMS flows for the countries that I am serving and in accordance to Shopify's best practices. AJ has also been very patient throughout. I feel much more confident now to get started with SMSBump. Thank you!

Very helpful, the best sms app out there. The support are knowledgeable and efficient. Shout out to Marnie that solve all my questions in less than 10 min ! Great use of AI to create easily segment and list ! Never seen an app doing that for now. I know that you guys have included the email recently. But your builder are very outdated and limited. It would be better if you can update in terms of design and possibility for the emails ! For now I'll stay with Klaviyo but if you make a better design builder, I'll switch !
