I use the application to make SMS marketing and I had to use the chat service, the chat is really good and I appriciate the communication with the Lord !

I've been using SMS bump for about a year now, I love most about the fast customer service. This app is also easy to use. I worked with PL on an issue I was having, PL was polite and quick to response. I am pleased no complaints and I highly recommend. They just started email campaigns, I'm about to test it out because klaviyo is becoming too expensive.

The application works great and the customer service is very good. They have helped me a lot and it gives impressive results.

Give this guy more money. His time is worth more than whatever it is now. he helped me though the whole process and really made sure I understood each topic and even gave me extra advice to help me succeed. I would give more stars if i could!

The app is really intuitive and helpful. I love the popup options to obtain SMS and email subscribers along with the detailed analytics and I'm currently utilizing the free plan. I just recently had to contact support because of an issue with my subscriber list and Iven E. was super helpful and supportive.
