I am just getting started with this app. I had some questions about setting up a QR code and changing somethings and they were very helpful. I was on with the customer service guy for about 45 minutes and he was always helpful and friendly.

Princess PL was a great help. I was able to figure out my issue with her help immediately and got very accurate instructions to do so. Very efficient and fast!

It's not working! It's way too complicated. Support staff gets back to me when they can. The YouTube video instructions did not match the homepage set up for me so I had questions just trying to navigate. Plus, I realized that some of the things I was trying to do were only available if I up-graded. I am on the Free Plan so this is probably not going to work for me.

After using it a while I can definitely say that this app is a super-star. It's a must have in the marketing world. I have just upgraded out of their free plan, which already gives you opportunity to make money with flows. Don't forget to set up email campaigns as well, as there are 10,000 free email.
