My experience with customer care was wonderful. Aleksandar was so helpful in trying to get my account validated and was done in a couple of minutes. Overall, the app's flow setup was so easy from the start.

I don't think you would trust me if I told you that I am giving 5-star rating to this app while I am even still setting it up. This is due to the customer support agent, Lord, that was very patient and fast responding, and informed me with all the information I needed without being a second late. About the service, I almost am feeling comfortable, as I have surfed the app for a little, and for sure it's 10/5, not 5/5. You should add this app to your Shopify apps and sales channel, highly recommended.

Had a little trouble with some editing but Marnie was great. Helped me get it fixed within minutes. Awesome.

4/5 for now, 5/5 soon if everything keeps going smoothly! I am in the process of migrating from competitor to this product and it seems to meet ALL OF OUR NEEDS. Marnie has been super quick to reply on chat (speed and accessibility I find lacking in other apps/platforms) and I'm thankful for their help! the support helped me a lot in the setup! I couldn't get the abandoned checkouts to work, but in about 30 minutes they fixed it for me
