SMSBump is super easy to use and works extremely well. Marnie helped tremendously and was extremely fast responding!

Gen is super helpful, very responsive and all in all the experience is very good! Customer service is always fast which is a huge plus. The only down side is the cost of SMS as a store that doesn't exist in the US and is considered as international. Would be perfect if the cost was lower.

Marnie made everything extremely easy gave me all the links i needed for filling in my information.

I recommend Djan, he did what nobody els could do after "6 support members" trying to solve my issue Djan made it possible for me to continue using my SMSbump and my abonded SMS cart is now finally working.. he is and Will always be my personal support contact and I recommend you to contact him if you can aswell. Update: I have been using SMS bump for text now for awhile and figured I might as well try their email since it integrates better with shopify data than my current platform. They are so helpful in getting things set up! Quin and the whole staff know their stuff. I have talked to many of their staff, ALL very helpful. I can't believe this app is free. the support is great and available, ALL the time. I have been using it for only a month, and once I test it for awhile longer I may try upgrading. For now it looks great and collects SMS!
