I love SMS bump. I am able to grow our company by reaching an untapped market. I was having problems with the app, after having it installed for almost a year now. I reached out to the chat line, and Regie was amazing. Turns out, all I had to do was update the privacy policy. I am so thankful for a wonderful help line, as that is what makes the app even more wonderful.

double charged 500 when I did not authorize a refill. They are reluctant to give me a refund, they have no proof that I used credits. I would beware using a company like this who dont believe the customers are right. I'm moving on to another competitor.

Had a problem with my account. Ask the support service for help. They were really useful. They fixed the problem fast. The tech support Don B. was very friendly and quick at his job.
