This app has provided an avenue for collection of emails which will really help with future sales. Furthermore, the interactions with customers has risen and I believe that this app has helped my shop greatly.

I want to say thank you for the customer service that is provided. this app truly has quality service for customers. I am truly happy happy with the app thus far and it is performing 100% better than other apps I had before WooHoo. I strongly recommend for world class quality service and performance. The setting and designs are user friendly like day and night compared to other apps. The pricing is amazing and fits every budget.

I am just Like the other 1-star review that they have... They have major flaws in the app, and I was trying to explain this, only to be told I was using it wrong and NONE of his customers had the same problem...Hmmm Don't think I quite believe that... There are NO instructions on how to set up the games... They are however pretty much straight forward... So I spent about 40 minutes setting up the block game with custom everything, at the end, there is NO save button, just a create game button, so I pressed the create game button and it created a game as per the very first template with NONE of my changes, so I thought I had made a mistake... So I started again towards the end, the developer contacted me after I sent him 5 emails... He told me to hit the save button, I explained that there was NO SAVE BUTTON... Only a Create Game Button... No No... Hit the Save Button.... There is NO SAVE BUTTON... This went on for a while, eventually, he told me to hit the create game button, which I did and lost everything again... I THEN GOT BERATED BY THE DEVELOPER FOR NOT FOLLOWING HIS INSTRUCTIONS... LOL Really... So Anyway I found out through my own testing, That you create a Game, THEN SAVE THE GAME BEFORE YOU EDIT IT... Then after you have saved it then you can edit it and keep saving it... I keep saying this, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE A DEVELOPER TO DO A INSTRUCTION VIDEO???? THE EXACT TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE ONE CAMPAIGN... THEY ARE EITHER THE LAZIEST PEOPLE ON EARTH OR THE???

Full of bugs: - subscribers do not get pushed to MailChimp in subscribed status. They get pushed in as nonsubscribed (fatal flaw here) - graphics do not match those of the advertisement - coupons are not unique - does not work in IE explorer Nice concept, but not ready for primetime. After leaving this feedback, the developer sent a very arrogant message. He admitted to some of the false advertising of his program. Rather than take the feedback, fix his bugs and improve his app, he decided to try to berate me. It got to the point where I had to tell him/her to stop contacting me and we had to blacklist his emails at the server level- poor business model. His attempt to get me to remove the negative feedback, just reinforced my negative experience with this app.

Everything is fine. Green hand on this, will spend more time on it, let's see what will happen, we will update later, ..

The best Shopify gamification app without a doubt. They are the only app that offers a variety of popups games, and the customization options are great and easy to use. Works great with our website and love that you can customize the colors, Customers have been responding well with the discount codes any are using it on the checkout. This one of the must have apps if you want to increase your sales and conversion rate. It gives good conversion. Highly recommended.
