I contacted support on two separate occasions. Each time they were very prompt in their response and helped me figure out both of my issues quickly and effectively. (Even with my very limited coding knowledge). While I do like their app on it's own, I like their customer service even more!

Great app for offering a little extra functionality to your customers and encourage re-visits. Support was fantastic and offered to make adjustments to the app to fit my store better without me even asking. Highly recommend trying this out.

The customer service offered by the Wishlist app team is the best i have ever received! The team went out of their way to help me integrate the wishlist app into my store, making customisations where necessary. The app itself is slick, easy to use for both customers and myself, and allows me to keep track of customer engagement. One thing I like about the app is that customers now have somewhere to save products that they like, rather than adding a whole heap of products to their cart. This helps me to keep track of actual conversion rates, rather than these being thrown out by customers adding things to their cart so that they can compare them all. Now they can add them to their wishlist instead. Thanks heaps to the team behind this app for implementing it for me. Enjoyed using the free plan and really drives customer engagement enough for me to have then started paying for more options. Customer service is excellent - guys are very quick to email back and check in to make sure the problem is solved. They even amended an alignment issue on my product pages I didn't realise I had! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I searched for about an hour to find the best wish list app for Shopify. After reading multiple reviews of apps that leave advertisements on your site, or take customers away from your page to a different site, or make customers sign up and fill out forms, it sounded like this app was the best one. After downloading it I found that you can customize the wish list buttons and their placement in your site and gives you a few other customized options. It is super easy for customers to use and it looks great! Hands down the best Wishlist app I have seen. Well done! I love it! Elissa

Although I've just started using the app it is pretty straightforward. It definitely will help to bring customers back and for conversions if they couldn't get it at that moment. I am really impressed with the speed of which I was able to get support. They replied to my question almost immediately and were able to help me right away.
