I have been using wishlist for a while and recently updated my website . I was facing some problems with the widgets position. Emailed customer service and they have taken prompt actions and solve my problem within a second. This is the best service I have ever seen. My sales are not good at all. If I have more sales I will jump to starter plan without thinking. Good Business

After having tried several wishlist apps that claimed to allow "customisation" but actually only meaning you could put a logo a few places, finding this app was an absolute joy. EVERYTHING can be altered - including branding the emails and sending them through Mandrill to allow the sender to be customised also. I can't believe how many wishlist apps would force the "sharing" email to be a spammy-looking url and nothing more, or have branding for AddThis or other third party services plastered all over it, or come from an unrecognisable sender - not very professional looking at all. Not only that, but Arvind worked tirelessly on all of my incredibly awkward requests and repeated tweaking (I'm so sorry!) and even tried to find workarounds for issues that were caused with the way my product pages present prices and tax. I'm so glad I kept looking and didn't just settle for the other ones I found, this truly is a customisable app,and a great addition to our site.

App works perfectly and the support team helped me a lot to configure the language ! Thank you very much !

Very responsive and efficient customer care. I asked to have the floating wishlist button slightly adjusted to show the icon only and they fixed it over night. Looks very good now. I also did some testing of the wishlist and so far it works well :)

So happy I found this app! Customer service was great! I wanted to customize it and since I don't know how to work with "code" I asked them to do it. They worked on it on a Sunday night. Just in time for Cyber Monday! Great app!

I installed the app a couple weeks ago. It's easy to set up. I wanted a couple customizations, and support has been superb! I installed this app and was pleasantly surprised with how it fitted seamlessly into our theme - take a look at www.angelanddove.com. I was easily able to make the heart and 'add to wishlist' link on our product pages the same colour as the other buttons. I wanted the wishlist link to be in the header by the basket instead of the default floating button, which involved a bit of custom code. I wasn't quite sure how to do this, but Support sent me a link with the code snippet which was easy to install. Response time was very quick - even on a Sunday. The only thing that seems a little unintuitive is how to remove an item from your wishlist - the delete 'cross' is not very easy to see on the product image in the wishlist pop-up window, and after you've clicked it you then need to refresh the product page before the item is removed from your wishlist. This could be a bit confusing / frustrating for customers. However, overall I would still recommend this app as it looks good and installation is straightforward with great support.

This app is a PERFECT addition to my store! Exactly what I wanted :) The standard app settings weren't quite right for me, so I contacted customer service and they fixed it perfectly and swiftly. I am VERY impressed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! <3

Functional wish list app (wish list plus) with many free and premium features. Customer multiple device sync is nice feature. Some random pop ups that could get annoying, but overall very well executed app. Great job!
