If you're trying to get this app working with Klaviyo - then you have a lot of pain ahead of you. The Klaviyo integration was the main reason we selected this app over other wishlist apps. Given the mostly positive reviews, I was expecting the integration and set-up to be easy and well documented. It's neither. The support team is slow to respond, and when they do respond, the assume a level of understanding which I don't have. There is no documentation on how to complete the Klaviyo integration, and no documentation on how to set up the email flows. Seven weeks after installing the app, I'm still in the dark about what we need to do. I'm not an IT person, but the Swym support team seems to think I am. Proceed with caution.

The Support was perfect ! I couldn’t put the heart Icon on my header because I don’t know anything about coding plus I have a really complicated theme but they helped me immediately and did all the coding for me. They also always responded quickly. 10/10 would always recommend

This app is super user friendly. When our Wishlist got removed from our site after our theme updated, the customer support team was fast and fixed the issue within a half hour of my request. They also provided several helpful articles with detailed step by step instructions.

Items are automatically deleted from customer's lists over time. We've had many customers complain about coming back to reference their lists, only to find out they didn't have one anymore. The developer was not helpful when we pointed out that this was an issue. "I can understand how the customers would be frustrated when their list goes missing and I would suggest to share it with the customers so they are aware of it."

Great app and great customer service when we had questions. It does everything we wanted and the developer was open to adding a few customizations that we needed.

Great little app and I’ve recently added wish list to my menu rather than as a pop up which was very easy to do and makes a big difference. Excellent customer service also, a small issue I had was efficiently and almost immediately sorted out. Would recommend.
