Had a problem so contacted support & they responded straight away. They were very helpful & understanding.

This is a really nice app. I found it fairly easy to set up, and when I did have questions, customer service was fast and very helpful. I'm waiting to see how the app performs with sales, but otherwise, I would recommend it.

STAY AWAY FROM THISDEVELOPER! the app is crap and when you try to remove it they will crash your website! we installed a new app and were trying for over 2 months to remove their code on the back end! it is impossible to remove!!!!!!!!!! I gave them access again to remove it on the draft theme I created, they crashed that theme, it was showing 404 error, and then they proceeded to mess with the live theme (which worked ok) and now i have a bunch of heart icons on pages (two per page) and on the landing page which were not there yesterday! Absolutely unprofessional to intentionally put bugs in the theme just because we switched to another app!

Great app, works perfectly and stellar support! Highly recommended. ......................................

We are using this app for customers' convenient with marketing information. The vendor is very kind and enthusiastic to improve their app -- they tried for weeks to solve a problem and finally fixed a hard bug.

This app has lots of features but needs a bit of customization, this is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. The team at Swym has been very helpful and quickly supported us with all the requests.

While we haven't had the chance to use this App with "live" customers, I want to go ahead and review it based primarily on the support team. There was a feature that we really wanted to be turned off based on the needs of our website and within 12 hours of submitting our ticket they offered to fix it immediately for us. Very pleased with the customer support and the tool in general. Looking forward to using it when we launch the site.

This is a great app to allow our customers to keep their wish list for future purchases. We have recently had an issue where MS Edge browser was not showing the button. Support was quick to advise and to fix. Great App!

Not only is Swym's wishlist an amazing and beloved feature on our website and app, but their customer service is top notch. They are fast, friendly, and make sure to explain matters so that you fully understand. When another app caused interference with the Wishlist and the developers struggled for 1 week to fix it, we reached out to Swym who gracefully took over and arranged a video call to walk the developers through the steps to fixing their app! They took amazing care of us and we couldn't be happier!

I added this app a while ago and have just got round to setting it up. I don't know why I waited so long! It's very customisable with lots of options to edit it to suit your brand look and is a great addition to my store as I know my customers love to curate their own collections of jewellery. I had incredible customer service from Aarti who helped me to add it to my menu rather than as a floating button. Highly recommend this company :-)
