We recently integrated the Wishlist Plus extension by SWYM into our store, and I must say, it's been a fantastic addition. The feature not only enhances our website's user experience by allowing customers to create and manage their wishlists effortlessly, but it also includes a REST API, making it incredibly straightforward to incorporate into our mobile integration app. This integration capability will significantly improve our customer engagement and overall satisfaction. Moreover, the support team at SWYM deserves a special mention for their enthusiastic and professional service. However, there's a small suggestion for improvement. It would be more efficient if the REST API configuration process could automatically provide the REST API Key upon activation, eliminating the need to contact the support team. Additionally, enabling this feature on the Product List view and Quick view could be made more automated. These enhancements would undoubtedly make an already excellent tool even more valuable. Overall, Wishlist Plus has proven to be an indispensable extension for our e-commerce business, driving both functionality and customer satisfaction.

So far, my experience has been a positive one. There were quite a few issues with setting the app up on my store, but the support team was very responsive.

Excellent support, easy to use app!

The app does exactly what it says it does. On top of that, we had some features that we needed implemented. Swym not only implemented them quickly, but kept working with us to fine tune and adjust them. We are definitely thankful to have found this app!

This app is outstanding (the recently became partners with Shopify) and their support is beyond top-notch. I've had a couple of ADA compliance requests specific to my store and some additional set-up help needed, and each time their team was able to solve for my road blocks. THANK YOU!

I've spent a great deal of time this weekend trying to optimize this app and am finding it really difficult with the lack of documentation and intuitive design. I think 25% of my time has been spent going in circles trying to manage the app and being sent to log in pages over and over - how I ended up here and seeing my review! I initially gave it 5 stars because the Swym team IS amazing but I'm now looking for alternatives to this app because I really need this to work out of the box. My customers are saving things to their Wishlist but as it is, it's just mindless hearting things with no real function. I'm realizing how how confusing this must have been for them over the last year.

So far so good. We have only had the app for a week but the team are very helpful in getting it all set up for you. They have fixed any placement issues we have had really quick.

This is great for directly marketing to those customers based on their interests. The support has been excellent as well!
