Amazing customer support! very prompt

As a Shopify user who is not familiar with coding, Wishlist Plus has been a great addition to my online store. It helps add a Wishlist button easily, and you can customize it according to your brand colors. The platform is user-friendly, and their customer service is always quick and helpful in resolving any issues I encounter.

Support was able to quickly help me with importing my list from a different wishlist app.

Very simple setup! I wanted some modifications on the placement and they were not only quick, but creative as well! Love this app and their service.

I installed the app this week, which was very straightforward. I added some more advanced features such as adding the wishlist icon to collection pages. There was a small issue (my fault) which Aaryan was able to fix up straight away. I like how it integrates with Klaviyo. SWYM has been great! We have had this app for some time now. When we initially got on-boarded there were some design changes that we wanted to make. We reached out to support and they were very diligent and helpful in making sure all of our design requirements were met. We recently came across a javascript issue and the SWYM support team helped us out and got the issue resolved very quickly. SWYM customer support is very responsive, professional, and willing to help in any way possible. This app was a wonderful, affordable feature that we added to our website. It is very customizable in an attempt to match everyone's style. Due to the customizations that we requested, our wishlist looks super cute from the front end and it is very user friendly. As a web designer, I'm often dealing with third party apps for customizations, and this is BY FAR the most incredible customer service experience I’ve ever had. Swym support not only addressed my wishlist page customization request quickly, but went above and beyond to add our branding to all other aspects of the app, ensuring ALL visuals matched our existing site completely- even the little heart icon was made thicker to match our other header icons without me having to ask! The level of attention to detail, the speed with which my request was handled, the ease of communication, and the thoroughness of the work was all truly impressive. I'm almost disappointed in how quickly everything was wrapped up since it was such a joy to work with them! I will be recommending them to all clients moving forward!

We switched to a new site theme that wasn't compatible with this app's basic function but Prasad helped us and implemented a custom solution that works perfectly with our brand new listings layout. It looks even better than before and makes it so much easier for our customers to add specific item variants to their wishlists. The Swym team has been so helpful and understanding every time we needed their assistance, this is a great app and if you have problems they will work with you to meet your needs. Very glad we chose them for our online shop.

Great app, easy to use, and the support is on point. I got the free plan to check it out but as soon as my business needs grow, I will for sure upgrade. If you don't have a wishlist for your site, go no further and install Wishlist Plus!

I have been using this app for a while now. Coming from a more confusing product, this app is so easy! They really know how to make this functionality easier. Additionally, the support staff when out of their way to help with a small issue. What more can you ask for! Give this one a try…you won’t regret it.
