So, usually support helps you when you ask for it. But this team reviewed my store on their own volition without me asking, and provided feedback, helped with the pro plan upgrade, and removed the watermark. I'm really impressed with the level of support and am excited for the mobile app coming soon so I can get push notifications to my phone if I'm away from my computer.

I installed this app and right away I was absolutely impressed by the features they offer. The customer support completely blew my mind with how quick and responsive they were, and how willing they were to go the extra mile. I am so glad I tried this app! The FAQ feature is such a time-saver, my customers won't have to wait for me to answer some of their simpler and more common questions. Order tracker is another great feature. If you're a solo shop owner like me who can't afford to hire a lot of staff to answer questions all the time, then this app is definitely for you. Definitely five stars and so much more!

The best app for live chat! I had used many different apps and I can now say that I like this one the best so far. The management is very easy and the design is unique. In addition, the app also offers useful features like integrated track order platform and helpdesk. I've already had contact with the support, they were very friendly and always answered after a few seconds! That's what I call a great app

Great app, it has all basic help center and chat related items for a small business like me. Only thing I feel as missing is an android app to keep track of customer message, hope it is added in future.
